Such cancellations may be because the result of acts of God or force majeure (including, but not limited to, fires, earthquakes, volcanoes, severe storms, floods, etc.), political instability(including, but not limited to, war, closure of borders, lockdowns etc.), terrorism or threats of terrorist activities, global health crises or pandemics, or acts of other third-parties (including, but not limited to, the canceling of a scheduled presenter.)

Should a cancellation occur for reasons indicated above, or for any other reason beyond the control of MOIA, then the participant will be given a credit to attend a future course, program, or expedition of the same nature as the canceled event for a period of one year. No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond the control of MOIA, for any reason howsoever arising. This includes if the cancellation of any Service and/ or Event paid for by you that is subsequently cancelled by you.
   9. All expenses associated with preparation and/ or travelling to the Service and/ or Event are for your own account, unless otherwise expressly stipulated. The student acknowledges that any refund identified in these policies is solely for monies that have been paid directly to and received by MOIA, as a direct expense for the Service &/ Event.
   10. You hold MOIA harmless for any other monies that the student may pay to third parties in preparation for or in relation to any.
   11. You understand that no advice, teaching Service &/ Event seeks to replace the seeking of medical and professional health advice in respect of your physical, mental and psychological wellbeing.
   12. You have freely chosen to engage MOIA for her advice, Services &/ Event at your own risk & MOIA bares no liability howsoever arising, and you hold MOIA harmless for any advice, teaching Service &/ Event that you choose to receive, participate in and/ or pay for.
